Scope and Purpose of the Fund. The HANSE Joint Staff Pension Fund is a closed fund jointly established by the Board of HANSE OIL and 'The Oil Club International" to provide retirement, death, disability and related benefits for HANSE accredited partners and the Staff of the entire HANSE Group and the other business partners admitted to membership in the Fund.
In January 2020 Valuations are actually performed using economic assumptions such as inflation and investment return and demographic assumptions for projecting participant growth, mortality, separation, and disability.
